The Bernard Street Steps are the beginning of a long-established route to the summit of Mount Tamalpais.

This building was constructed in 1940 as the Mill Valley Post Office. It is now the location of a private business.

This version of the Mill Valley Railroad Depot was constructed in 1929.

This work of art, known as "Fountain Headby Seyed Alavi, is located on North Main Street and was brought to life in 2012.

This six image panoramic photo is looking east towards Mount Diablo. The photo was taken from the elevated Walnut Creek BART station.

Here is a view looking southwest from the Walnut Creek BART station. This ten-car train consists of the latest version of BART rolling stock, and it is traveling to San Francisco.

The City Halls of Emeryville, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Albany, and Richmond: December 2020


EMERYVILLE

















This is a view of Emeryville's Town Hall. City officials approved this building's construction in October 1900; the city finished the construction work in 1903.












Here is a photo of the Emeryville City Hall. The original Town Hall can be seen adjacent to the City Hall.

BERKELEY




















Here is a view of Berkeley’s Old City Hall. The cornerstone was laid on 27 June 1908.

















This is a photo of the current Berkeley City Hall, located one block east of the old city hall.
